PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Nuts
2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix and turn into greased and floured Bundt pan. For Bundt pan - bake 1 hour at 350 degrees; for 13 x 9 inch pan bake 30-35 minutes. Cream cheese frosting if desired.

I made this cake in a Bundt pan, did not put nuts. Used tsp. of pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Great, easy cake.
