WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda
1 box instant pistachio pudding (Jello)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix in order listed. Beat 4 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. milk
1 box instant pistachio pudding (Jello)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. sour cream

Beat all ingredients up, except pudding. Put in pudding and stir until frosting stands in a peak. Add nuts after frosting is on cake. Refrigerate for 3 hours until cool.
