BROWN BAG CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
4 qt. popped popcorn (unpopped kernels removed)
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

You will need 1 large brown grocery bag.

In a 4-cup microwave-safe bowl, put sugar, butter, syrup and salt; stir. Place in microwave; bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Stir. While this is cooking, put the popcorn in the brown bag. When syrup mixture is cooked, stir in soda. Pour over corn. Fold down top of bag and shake. Cook in microwave 1 minute. Shake, cook 1 minute and shake. Pour into two 9 x 13-inch pans; stir well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
