MINI FRUIT SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Cut butter into flour and sugar for crust. (I melted butter in microwave.) Mix and pat into 9"x9" or 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (Can burn easy.)

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together then fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip or whipping cream. Spread on crust. Cut into squares. Put fruit on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
