2 to 3 c. finely chopped apples, I use food processor
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar depending on apples to taste
1/4 c. oil

Mix and set aside.

1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Put into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Will be like brownies.
