ORIENTAL DISH WITH CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
2 chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. red peppers
1 c. broccoli flowerets
4 tbsp. oil
1 c. Minute Rice with equal amount of water
3 tbsp. Szechuan Sauce

Get oil hot in fry pan. Cube chicken and add to hot oil, turning often until chicken has changed color. Add 3 tablespoons of Szechuan Sauce and mix well with chicken. Add peppers and broccoli flowerets. Saute' over low heat until done, (approximately 10 minutes). Serve over rice cooked as directed on box.
