BARBECUED CHICKEN IN PAPER BAG 
1 (3 lbs.) fryer chicken
2 tsp. catsup
2 tsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire
4 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder

Heat oven to 500 degrees. Grease inside of a brown paper bag. Cut chicken up as for frying. Place all other ingredients in saucepan and heat. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place in greased paper bag. Pour any leftover sauce over chicken in bag. Fold bag to close and place it in a roaster with tight cover. Bake 15 minutes at 500 degrees, then reduce to 350 degrees and bake for 1 1/4 hours.
