CHICKEN AND CREAM SAUCE 
4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
Fresh garlic, to taste (dash)
Dash of tarragon

In large skillet saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic until lightly brown; add chicken breast and cook 10 minutes. Take out some onion and mushrooms to top when done. When chicken is 1/2 done pour in sauce, sprinkle or tarragon. Cook until done. Put chicken onto a platter, cook sauce for another minute. Pour over all and top with reserved onions and mushrooms. Serve with biscuits.

SAUCE:

2-3 c. sour cream
2-3 tbsp. white wine
Worcestershire sauce

Mix together until creamy.
