CARROT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
2 pkgs. orange Jello (4 servings each) 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 3 lg. carrots, grated 1 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix pineapple juice with water to make required amount for Jello directions. Make Jello. Chill - when slightly thickened stir in pineapple, carrots, cheese and nuts. Refrigerate. |
