LASAGNE 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce (2 med. or 1 lg.)
1 lg. can of tomato paste

Add:

1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 carton cottage cheese (lg.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Mix with:

2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. parsley flakes
Mozzarella cheese, grate 1 to 1 1/2 lb. cheese
9 lasagna noodles, cooked

Put 3 cooked lasagna noodles in the bottom of 9x12 pan. Then add-1 layer of meat sauce, 1 layer of cheese mix-1 layer grated Mozzarella sprinkle over. Repeat layers 2 more times until pan is full. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 20 to 25 minutes before serving, allowing time to set up.
