1 box Duncan Hines all butter cake mix (prepare as directed)
1 lb. ricotta cheese
3 eggs, one at a time
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour cake batter into well-greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Pour cheese mixture slowly over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Do not over bake.

Cake will rise over cheese mixture. Cheese will form a custard type layer. Cool. This cake is great!
