1/2 c. butter, cut up
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel

Place butter in a heat - proof bowl in a cool oven. Turn oven to 350 degrees; heat 3 minutes. Transfer butter to a cool bowl. Stir in honey and peel. Serve with bread. Makes 1/2 cup.
