WASSAIL 
6 c. apple cider or juice
4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. lemon rind

Heat cider and cinnamon stick in large pan. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 5 minutes longer. Keep hot over low heat or heat in small batches as guests arrive.
