CHOPPED MEAT AND RICE CASSEROLE 
Prepare 1 - 1 1/2 cups minute rice. Brown 1 pound chopped beef. Cut up 1 medium onion while meat is browning. Mix meat and rice in casserole dish. Add and mix in 1 can of tomato soup (not diluted) and 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce. Top with bacon if desired. Cook 45-60 minute in 325 degree oven.
