OYSTER STEW 
1 cut, peeled garlic clove
1 slice onion
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 doz. raw oysters
4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash paprika

Rub inside of pan with garlic and onion; remove them. Melt butter in same pan over low heat. Add Worcestershire sauce and oysters. Heat until edges of oysters just begin to curl. Then add milk, salt, pepper and paprika. Heat well and serve with oyster crackers. Serves 6.
