OYSTER STEW 
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. celery leaves, chopped very fine
Dash hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 qt. milk or half cream & half milk

Mix above and heat (do not boil) to hot. Heat 1 pint oysters separately until curls (do not boil). Mix with other ingredients. Serve hot with crackers or toast strips.

Serves 6.
