2 quarts water
1 can Coke

Select 15 to 18 pound country ham. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham in large roaster pan, fat side down. Mix water and Coke, pour over ham. Use heavy duty foil and cover roaster and ham well. Bake for 4 hours. Turn oven off and let stay in oven overnight, remove fat and skin. Cool well, then slice. NOTE: DO NOT OPEN OVEN - LET STAY OVERNIGHT.
