1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 sm. red onion
4 cucumbers
1 carrot
1 can baby corn

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Cube cucumbers. Shred, grate or slice carrots. Slice peppers and onion thin. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over.
