BAKED SQUASH 
7 sm. yellow summer squash, cooked & mashed
1 sm. onion, diced or grated
1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
1/4 c. crushed saltines
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onion, cream and crumbs in butter. Add to squash. Put in buttered casserole. Dot with butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees about 1/2 hour or until firm. Very tasty! 8 servings.
