IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 env. (1 1/2 oz.) taco sauce mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
2 tomatoes, sliced

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie pan. Brown beef and onions in a skillet about 10 minutes and drain. Stir in taco mix. Spread in pie pan. Beat milk, biscuit mix and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes and top with chilies, tomatoes and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese if desired.
