IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1-2 tomatoes

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and 1/4 cup onion. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in greased 10-inch pie plate and top with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Then bake 25 minutes. Top with 1/4 cup chopped onions and shredded cheese. Bake another 8-10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and chopped tomatoes. Serves 6-8.
