PINEAPPLE APPLE BETTY 
1 c. crushed pineapple, in its own juice
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 pkg. sweetener
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 med. apples, cored, pared, chopped
1 c. non fat dry milk
2 pkgs. sweetener
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drain 1/4 juice from pineapple into a small saucepan, set aside.

Sprinkle gelatin over juice. Heat, until gelatin dissolves. Add drained pineapple, sweetener and pumpkin pie spice. Combine mixture and chopped apples in a large bowl; spoon into an 8"x8" non stick pan.

In small bowl, combine milk, sweetener and spice; sprinkle over apple mixture. Sprinkle water evenly on top. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Equal to 1 fruit and 1/2 cup milk.
