COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
4 c. cottage cheese
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 lemon's juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 eggs

Beat egg yolks. Add salt, cinnamon, milk, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Add cottage cheese. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold whites into cottage cheese mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, dot with 8 small pieces of butter. Sprinkle with sugar.
