FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (8 oz.) roll sugar cookie, sliced and baked
2 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruits

Spray pizza pan with Pam, line with cookie dough 1/2 inch slices, press to pan to make solid dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, until light brown.

Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Spread over baked crust. Arrange fruit on top and put glaze on top.

GLAZE:

1 c. juice from fruits
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt

Cook until thickens.

FRUIT SUGGESTIONS:

Kiwi
Fresh strawberries
Sliced pineapple, save juice or pears, grapes, mandarin oranges or apples
