STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
1 c. uncooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (13 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Salt & pepper

Boil cabbage in hot boiling water for a few minutes until leaves are softened. Mix together beef, eggs, rice, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Roll balls in cabbage leaves and stick with toothpicks to hold. Place in deep skillet. Add tomatoes and tomato juice and enough water to cover meat. Cook on top of stove for about 2 1/2 hours, covered, over low heat.
