2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend top four ingredients together until smooth.

1 box Nilla vanilla wafers (Nabisco)
1 can pie filling
Cup cake pan and liners

Fill pan with liners and 1 cookie in each cup. Pour cheese mixture 1/2 full in each cup. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and top with pie filling or fresh strawberries glazed with melted apple jelly.
