EASY JAM CAKE 
1 (2 layer size) spice cake mix
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
1 (18 oz.) jar seedless blackberry or strawberry jam
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 (9") round cake pans. Combine mix, milk, eggs and jam. Beat two minutes at medium speed on an electric mixer. Dredge nuts and raisins with flour. Fold in batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Frost with any caramel frosting. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top.
