GUACAMOLE DIP 
2 lg. ripe avocados
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 sm. tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped fine

Mash avocado very thoroughly. Combine with onion, chili powder, garlic, and salt. Put in small bowl and spread top with mayonnaise, sealing edges. Cover and chill. At serving time, stir in mayonnaise, bacon, and tomato.

Serve with tortilla chips.
