MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese shredded
1 pkg. 7 oz. elbow macaroni cooked and drained

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and salt and pepper. Add Cheddar cheese and mix well. Add macaroni. Stir until coated. Put into 2-1/2 qt. baking dish.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°F uncovered.

Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
