SCOTCHEROOS 
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. crispy rice cereal
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch or peanut butter chips

Bring the Karo syrup and sugar to a boil. Add peanut butter and cereal to the syrup and sugar. Press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch (or peanut butter) chips together and spread over the cereal mix. Cut into 1-inch squares. 117 pieces.
