BARBECUE MEATS (Crock Pot) | |
Place uncooked, seasoned and cut up chicken, ham or pork chops in crock pot. Pour a bottle of your favorite sauce over meat. Add no water. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 4-6 hours). Note: For added flavor, put cooked meat in broiler pan. Pour some sauce on top and place under broiler for 5-10 minutes, or on your outdoor grill. |
