RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt

Mix and bake in an 8 x 8 inch for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whip cream or ice cream. You may also use apples, cherries or fresh fruit.
