DANISH POTATO SALAD | |
1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 tsp. yellow mustard Mix together, bring to a boil. Reduce heat. 2 eggs, well beaten Combine, add to first mixture. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. 3 hard boiled eggs 1/4 c. celery, chopped 2 tbsp. onions, minced Pour the first two mixtures (after they have been cooked for 5 minutes) over the last ingredients. Toss lightly. Enjoy! |
