MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni, cooked and cooled
1 onion
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
4 lg. carrots, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and celery seed. Pour over macaroni, onion, carrots and peppers. Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week - can be frozen.
