JELLO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
Cooking oil

Mix and bake in 9"x15" baking dish as directed on box. Let cool on a wire rack in the baking dish.

1 straw
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 pt. whipping cream
Pecan halves or walnuts
Maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

With straw make holes at random in partially cooled cake. Boil water and make Jello according to directions on box. Pour this over cake. Mix pudding according to directions on box. Smooth over top of cake. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

When cake is ready (Jello and pudding set), whip cream. When almost completely whipped, add sugar and vanilla. Finish beating. Spread this over top of cake. Garnish with halved cherries and nuts. Refrigerate until serving time. Serves 12 to 15 people.
