MINT SURPRISE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. Andes Mints

Combine sugars, butter, eggs, water and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Enclose 1 mint in about 1 tablespoon of dough. Bake on ungreased sheet, 375 degrees, 7-9 minutes.
