1 box reg. yellow cake mix

Follow package directions and 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of oil.

CRUMBS:

2 sticks soft butter
2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake cake on a large greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine ingredients for crumbs while this is baking. Mix with your hands until crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumbs on top of warm cake and bake another 20 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. This is a great recipe to make in advance and freeze.
