R.'S BROILED FISH 
4 med. fish (sand perch, blue fish or throat)
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
Seasoned salt
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Accent
Black pepper
Parsley flakes
1 med. onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick butter

Clean and wash fish (blue fish comes larger), using blue, cut into 3x5 inch pieces. Using whole fish, cut small slits on both sides. Marinate fish with vinegar. Sprinkle on sugar, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Accent, black pepper, and parsley flakes. Garnish with onion and celery. Add water, pour inside of pan to make a nice broth from broiling. Dot with butter, celery will be crisp. Serves 4. Eat your hearts out!
