2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate. Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes its own crust.
