PORK CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. pork
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chopped onions
2 1/2 c. celery, cut up
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
2 cans bean sprouts

Cut up pork in small pieces, brown, add chopped onions, celery, soy sauce and water. Simmer 45 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Simmer another 10 minutes. To thicken, use 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, mix and pour in chop suey. Simmer another 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
