PORK CHOP SUEY 
2 tbsp. shortening
2 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, shredded
2 c. cooked pork, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. celery, cut up
1/4 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
3 c. stock or bouillon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown onion slightly in shortening; add shredded green pepper, mushrooms and celery. Saute for 5 minutes. Add pork, rice, salt, Worcestershire sauce and stock. Cook slowly 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is done.
