PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 1/4 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 1/4 c. non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 c. honey
1 1/4 c. raisins, if desired
1 c. wheat germ for coating balls

Mix together and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in wheat germ and refrigerate until ready to serve.
