MAGIC MINI-MEATBALLS 
SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1 c. grape jam or jelly
1/3 c. lemon juice

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (env.) dry onion soup mix
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
Parsley flakes, optional

Combine above ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls. Place into a glass baking dish. Pour heated sauce over meatballs, place into 350 degree oven and bake for 45 minutes.

Can be made ahead partially baked and frozen. If you triple the recipe, use only 2 envelopes of onion soup and only double sauce receipt.
