PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 2/3 c. milk 1/2 pt. jar marshmallow creme 1 c. chunk-style peanut butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 tsp. vanilla Butter sides of heavy 2 quart saucepan. In it combine sugar and milk. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cook to soft ball stage (234 degrees). Remove from heat; quickly add marshmallow creme, peanut butter, chocolate pieces and vanilla. Blend. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Score, cut when firm. |
