LEMON DELIGHT 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 lb. softened butter
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and press into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove and cool.

FILLING:

2 (8o z.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant lemon pudding
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar; set aside. Prepare pudding according to package directions. When crust is cool, layer cream cheese mix, then pudding, then Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
