PECAN PIE DELUXE 
3 eggs
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed beat eggs slightly. Beat in corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. Makes 8 servings.
