CHEESY BRAT STEW 
1 pkg. cheese brats
4 med. potatoes
1 (15 oz.) can green beans
1 sm. onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or American
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut up brats into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in large skillet along with the potatoes that have been sliced and cubed. Add the green beans (drained), chopped onion, grated cheese, and mushroom soup with the water added. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serves 4 to 6.
