STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pork sausage
Fresh mushrooms

Stem and clean mushrooms. Mix raw pork sausage and cheeses. Stuff into mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees until sausage is cooked (approximately 20 minutes. Can also be cooked in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
