LAYERED PUDDING DELIGHT 
About 14 whole graham crackers
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 c. whipped topping
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract

Line 9-inch square pan with crackers, break if necessary. Prepare pudding mix with milk and let stand 5 minutes, then blend in topping. Spread half of pudding over crackers. Add another layer of crackers; then remaining pudding and top with crackers. Spread cherries over top of crackers. Chill overnight or at least 3 hours. Serve and top with a blob of whipped cream.
