CHEESE PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white flour
4 eggs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine water and butter in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Add flour all at once. Stir over medium heat until dough forms a ball in center of pan. Cool 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time with spoon. Blend well after every addition. Beat in cheese and salt. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
